order to celebrate this annual celebration in the circles of colleagues, met
the Rostock and Berlin this team Ma (h) l in the unique BIOLÜSKE cooking studio in Berlin light field.
This venue is easy terrific. It was created to be offered on the floor of a converted, precious 50's cinema, where culinary cooking events in the audience standing and food a la bonne heure.
Under the guidance of head chef Ralf Hiener of " Edible Landscapes " We created four small teams a 4-course menu with unexpected delights, treats and fresh delicacies, which has by nature to offer in its richness. Excellent wines were allowed to be absent, of course not, and rounded out our taste. This unforgettable evening will probably always remain in our memory, for even in the kitchen has proven successful team work.

Autumn mushroom soup (covered with puff pastry)
Badisches pike soufflé with spinach
Two things poached filet (beef & veal) from the South, and salsa verde Erdgemüse
